By purchasing, accessing, or using any Course offered by Wholesome Pediatric Health, PLLC, DBA Wholesome Littles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of, access to, and use of any digital courses, programs, workshops, downloads, or related educational materials (collectively, the "Courses") offered by Wholesome Pediatric Health, PLLC, DBA Wholesome Littles ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing any Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Educational Purpose Only

All Courses provided by Wholesome Littles are for educational and informational purposes only. The content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Participation in any Course does not create a therapist–client, dietitian–client, physician–patient, or any other healthcare provider relationship.

2. No Individualized Medical or Therapeutic Advice

The information provided in our Courses is general in nature and not tailored to any individual child or family. Any examples, case discussions, or protocols are educational illustrations only.

You acknowledge that decisions regarding your child’s health, nutrition, development, or care are made at your own discretion and responsibility.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing a Course, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Payment & Access

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased Course according to the delivery method described at checkout.
Access is granted solely to the individual purchaser and may not be shared.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Courses and immediate access to materials:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

If you experience technical issues accessing your Course, please contact us so we can assist.

6. Intellectual Property

All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, PDFs, graphics, worksheets, slides, audio, and branding, are the exclusive intellectual property of Wholesome Littles.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or sublicense any Course materials
Record or redistribute Course content
Use Course materials for commercial or professional redistribution

Purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Community & Course Conduct (If Applicable)

If your Course includes community access, comments, or discussion areas:

You agree to:

Engage respectfully and professionally
Refrain from sharing medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment claims
Avoid harassment, spam, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove content or revoke access without refund if these standards are violated.

8. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While our Courses are designed to be evidence-informed and thoughtfully developed, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, improvements, or results.

Individual results vary based on numerous factors, including but not limited to a child’s health history, environment, genetics, and consistency of application.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholesome Littles shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Courses.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a Course is to discontinue use.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wholesome Littles from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of Course content or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Courses & Terms

We reserve the right to:

Update these Terms at any time

Continued use of a Course after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any permitted legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Illinois, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Wholesome Littles is legally established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
