Nurtured Littles:

A program designed to guide parents in nurturing their child’s neurodevelopment and microbiome during the critical first 3 years of life

Did you know..

The First 1,000 days of Your Child's Life Are Foundational

  • 90% of a child’s brain develops before age 5, with 80% of that happening by age 3. During this time, everything— from the food they eat to the way they explore the world around them—plays a role in shaping their brain for life.
  • The gut microbiome isn’t just about digestion—it’s linked to brain development, immunity, and even emotional regulation. Studies show that a balanced microbiome during early childhood reduces the risk of allergies, digestive issues, and behavior challenges later in life.

That’s why my 1:1 coaching focuses on both neurodevelopment and microbiome health—two pillars that work together to help your child thrive.

To my busy parents juggling it all– I see you.

  • Between work, mindful parenting, preparing nourishing meals, and incorporating developmental play, you’re doing everything you can for your little one.
  • Whether you're unsure about introducing solids, dealing with picky eating, or feeling uncertain about how to support your child's unique development, it can all feel overwhelming.
  • As a mother and pediatric healthcare provider with over six years of experience, I know how powerful it is to have a clear, evidence-based plan that’s tailored specifically to your child’s needs.

Do you ever catch yourself wondering, am I doing enough for my little one?

  • You’ve heard how important these early years are—it feels like everything is riding on what you do right now. But between the endless scrolls on Google and all the conflicting advice from well-meaning friends, it’s hard to know what actually matters most for your little one
  • You worry about supporting your child’s neurodevelopment and microbiome but feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice. ‘Should I prioritize sensory play, probiotics, tummy time, or… all of it?’"
  • You’re not alone in feeling overwhelmed. And here’s the thing—it’s not about doing everything or being perfect. It’s about focusing on the few key things that truly make a difference for your child’s growth and well-being.
  • Let’s strip away the noise, focus on what really matters, and make parenting feel lighter, simpler, and more confident.

Imagine This…

  • You feel confident and empowered, knowing exactly how to nurture their growth without second-guessing every decision. No overwhelm, just clear, actionable steps that give you peace of mind and help your child thrive.
  • Your child is supported from the inside out through nourishing nutrition, developmentally appropriate activities, a toxin-free home environment, and a balanced microbiome.
This multifaceted approach lays the foundation for their long-term well-being, nurturing their immune system, development, cognition, social skills, self-regulation, and so much more.

My journey to helping kids thrive..

Hi, I'm Clare! I’m a licensed dietitian nutritionist, occupational therapist, and most importantly, a mom who gets it. When I first started as a pediatric occupational therapist, my focus was always on supporting neurodevelopment. As I focused on developmental activities, I felt like I was missing something crucial. The more I dug into research, the more I realized that there was another piece of the puzzle we weren’t addressing: the microbiome.
The health of the gut isn’t just about digestion—it plays a massive role in brain development, emotional regulation, immunity, and so much more .I quickly understood that neurodevelopment and microbiome health go hand in hand, and that’s when I made it my mission to help parents nurture both. With the right approach, we can truly set the stage for a child's lifelong health and development. And I’m here to guide you through it every step of the way.

What's Included: 4 Key Pillars

Pillar 1: Nutrition

Whether you’re introducing solids or optimizing your toddler’s diet, I’ve got you covered! Together, we’ll navigate the best nutrition for your little one and create a positive, stress-free mealtime experience. Food is medicine, and the right choices can support your child’s growth, nurturing both their neurodevelopment and microbiome. Mealtime is about nourishing their body, supporting long-term health, and helping them build a positive relationship with food. With simple, research-backed strategies, I’ll guide you in making nutrition enjoyable and creating lasting habits that lay the foundation for your child’s lifelong health and well-being.

Pillar 2: Neurodevelopmental Support

No matter where your child is in their development, I’ll guide you with the best strategies to support their unique milestones. From rolling over to walking and talking, we’ll work on ways to encourage healthy brain and motor development at every stage. The first few years are critical for building a strong foundation, and I’ll help you provide the right sensory experiences, movement opportunities, and playful activities to nurture your little one’s growth.

Pillar 3: To Supplement or Not to Supplement?

Supplements can be confusing, and with so many options on the market, it’s hard to know what’s really needed. Together, we’ll evaluate your child’s specific needs and figure out whether supplements should be part of the plan. I’ll help you understand what’s best for their body, ensuring you make informed choices that support their gut health, neurodevelopment, and overall well-being.

Pillar 4: Non-Toxic Household Items to Minimize Your Child’s Toxic Burden

Creating a safe, healthy home environment is more important than ever, and it starts with minimizing your child’s exposure to harmful chemicals. I’ll guide you in choosing non-toxic products that align with your values, from cleaning supplies to baby gear, helping you reduce their toxic burden and create a home that supports their health in every way.
