Hi, I’m Clare—pediatric occupational therapist, licensed dietitian nutritionist, and mom.
I help parents navigate the beautiful (and sometimes overwhelming!) journey of raising healthy, thriving little ones.
With over six years of experience, I specialize in a whole-child, root-cause approach—combining functional medicine, nutrition, and occupational therapy to support children’s gut health, brain development, and overall well-being.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with children facing sensory processing challenges, feeding disorders, developmental delays, autism, ADHD, neuromuscular deficits, and bowel and bladder issues.
Early in my career, I began to notice a pattern: even with great therapy and strong parent follow-through, some kids were still struggling to make lasting progress. It became clear that the root causes of many common pediatric conditions—like gut dysfunction, nutrient imbalances, or inflammation—were often overlooked in traditional care.
That realization led me to pursue advanced training in functional medicine and nutrition through the University of Western States. I wanted to understand how deeper biological and nutritional factors impact behavior, development, and overall health—so I could support families more holistically and effectively.
My goal is to empower parents with practical, evidence-based strategies and a step-by-step plan that actually works. As a mom myself, I’m walking this path right alongside you!
