About Me

Hi,

I'm Clare!

I’m a pediatric occupational therapist, functional nutritionist, and mother of two!

I feel so much genuine gratitude each day to raise my kids from an empowered place when it comes to his health and I want every parent to feel this, too.

I began my career as an occupational therapist specializing in feeding disorders, picky eating, and bowel and bladder disorders. Through this work, I quickly recognized a clear gap in the pediatric space and a deep need for functional nutrition, which led me to pursue advanced education in human nutrition and functional medicine.

I earned my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and later completed a post-master’s certification in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine through the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.

I value using a whole-child approach to care, integrating medical nutrition therapy, lifestyle interventions, feeding therapy, and targeted laboratory testing to identify root causes and promote lasting health in children.

I believe health is ultimately the greatest gift we have and the most meaningful one we can give our children.

My mission is to help parents reconnect with the healing power of basic, foundational supports and understand the incredible influence they hold in shaping lifelong wellness for their little ones.

Thank you, truly, for being here and for trusting me to be part of your family’s health journey.

Love, Clare
